By creating an account or using Ammo Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of service
Ammo Tracker is a personal inventory tracking tool. It helps you record ammunition lots, log usage, and optionally track firearms, magazines, and related maintenance history that you choose to enter.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your content
You own the inventory data, notes, and any documents you enter or upload into Ammo Tracker. By using the app, you grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you so the service can function. We do not use your content for any purpose beyond operating the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ammo Tracker only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or otherwise abuse the app or the infrastructure it runs on.
Not legal or compliance advice
Ammo Tracker is an organizational and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not ensure or guarantee compliance with any firearm or ammunition laws or regulations in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership, storage, transport, and use of firearms and ammunition. Nothing in the app should be relied on as a substitute for that responsibility.
Disclaimer of warranties
Ammo Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Ammo Tracker, including loss of data or loss of records related to your inventory.
Termination
You may stop using Ammo Tracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
